Booking a live stream shouldn’t mean briefing an agency, a project manager and a crew you never meet. With me you have one contact from the first call to the final file: I plan your stream, lead the production and press “Go live”.
Smaller events I handle on my own. For bigger productions I put together a team of experienced freelancers (camera operators, sound engineers, technicians) chosen to match your event, and I lead them on the day. You still talk to just one person.

What kinds of events can you live stream?
Conferences and seminars, concerts and performances, company town halls and product launches, award nights, panel talks, podcasts, workshops and private celebrations. If your audience can’t all be in the room, I can bring the event to them.
How much does live streaming cost?
It depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras and crew, the platforms you stream to and the venue. Send me a few details and I’ll reply with a clear, itemised quote.
Which platform should I stream to?
That depends on where your audience is. YouTube and Vimeo are great for public and embedded streams, LinkedIn suits business audiences, and Zoom or Teams work well for internal events. I’ll recommend the best fit, or stream to several at once.
What do you need from the venue?
Power near the camera positions and, ideally, a wired internet connection with a stable upload speed. I check the connection during the venue visit and plan around it.
Can remote speakers join the stream?
Yes. Remote guests can join over a video call and appear in the stream alongside the people on stage, which is ideal for hybrid events and panels.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. You receive the full recording of the stream after the event, so you can publish it on demand or cut highlights from it.
Are you an agency?
No. I’m a freelancer based in Zürich. You deal with me directly, from the first call to the final file, and I bring my own professional equipment.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Both. Smaller events I run on my own. For larger productions I put together a team of experienced freelancers (camera operators, sound engineers, technicians) chosen for exactly what your event needs. I lead the team on the day, so you still have one point of contact.
